Dear Guest,Thank you for staying at Hotel Mystays Hamamatsucho.We are sorry that you were not satisfied with our hotel, even though you chose us out of many hotels.The room you have reserved this time is a smoking room.Since guests who smoke stay in those rooms every day, the odor inevitably permeates the entire room.Since the pillowcases and sheets were replaced with cleaned ones at the time of room cleaning, it is likely that the odor was present in the contents.Please contact the front desk and we will do everything we can to help you, such as changing pillows.We have also done deodorizing services, but it is very difficult to completely eliminate the odor.It may be possible to change to a non-smoking room if available, but it depends on availability.The Superior Queen room you used is 16 square meters and has one bed that is 160 centimeters wide.There is also a larger Deluxe Twin Room, which is 29 square meters.We have a limited number of rooms, but if you have the opportunity to come back to our hotel, I hope this will be helpful.We sincerely apologize for your lack of satisfaction.We will continue to do all we can to help make your stay as comfortable as possible.We appreciate taking the time to write a review.We sincerely hope to welcome you again at our hotel.
