"Highly recommend Zocalo Central. It’s very convenient and close to the historical highlights. But then the staff makes it even more better . All the way from concierge, reception, bell hop, coffee shop, Balcon Zocalo staff, cleaning crew, etc. We’re just blown away… Will definitely come back."

"As a VIP guest, I was supposed to receive early check-in, but I arrived around 10:00 a.m. and my room wasn't available until exactly 3:00 p.m. Unfortunately, there was no recognition of the VIP benefit. The hotel also doesn't have the most comfortable or inviting lobby, which made the wait even less ..."
