We recently visited from Las Vegas, this place was very comfy! Everything was nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable, SHOWER WAS WARM AND STAYED WARM (big plus!). Check-in was very fast. We always felt very safe!

From the beginning my experience was horrible. Getting told payment was not done to not being let in the room at a reasonable time. Room smelled and not very nice as in photos. Next day being followed to see what room number I am.

En general el hotel necesita una remodelación a gran escala, todo es funcional pero se siente como un hotel de hace 20 años sin una sola actualización. Los pasillos se ven en penumbras, al igual que los elevadores, la alfombra se ve que tiene mínimo 20 años las toallas más de 1000 lavadas el hotel cumple pero a secas. La alberca necesita una actualización también.

Cero amabilidad del personal de recepción, nada de bienvenida ni agradeciendo la estancia . La llave no estaba configurada y tuve que regresar a activarla y nunca pidieron disculpas, las instalaciones están como renovadas pero son viejas obscuro no agradable los elevadores dan miedo por inestabilidad. Las toallas de baños ESPANTOSAS!!!!! Desgastadas rasposas deshilachadas, grises en lugar de blancas me dieron asco el Estacionamiento sin nadie que te asigne no hay señalamientos ni nadie te guía espero no tener que regresar estuve aquí porque era la única opción en la zona ….y por el Precio pfff pareciera gama alta muy caro de vdd te cobran el estacionamiento , no vengan!

He llegado a este hotel desde hace mucho tiempo, lo que he visto es que era un excelente hotel cuando era holiday inn, pero ahora lo estan dejando caer, le falta mucho mantenimiento y algo de limpieza, además de mejorar el trato de su personal para con los clientes

Me gustó porque tienen un amplio estacionamiento y privado, me gustó que está muy limpio, el buffet el desayuno rico y surtido, lo único que me dio nos desanimó es que la alberca por el momento no tenía calefacción, sin embargo nos avisaron con tiempo para reconsiderar, si queríamos continuar con Hospedaje pero como nos gustó la ubicación y el hotel, seguimos con la reservación y si hicimos uso de la alberca aún con la temperatura ambiente, lo recomiendo mucho en plan familiar
