Alte Bilder, schlechter Zustand

Hier werden noch immer alte Bilder benutzt, die definitiv nicht der Wahrheit entsprechen.Wir waren ehrlich gesagt sehr unzufrieden. Die Fotos auf Hotels.com. waren so schön. Unser Apartment war sehr ungepflegt mit kaputten Möbeln eingerichtet und nicht sehr sauber. Das Geschirrhandtuch hat gemüffelt, das Wasser in der Dusche lief nicht ab, überall waren Handabdrücke die wohl jemand mit Absicht hinterlassen hat, das Spülung war ranking, die Seife im Bad alt und im allgemeinen haben wir uns nicht wohl gefühlt und haben die letzte Nacht nicht in Anspruch genommen und sind Heim gefahren. Schade um das Geld, das ärgert mich sehr. Es ist wirklich nicht in Ordnung mit anderen Fotos zu werben. Ich habe die Vermutung das die Bilder und Bewertungen evtl. Vom Vorbesitzer stammen

Die Bilder auf Hotel.com stimmten nicht mit dem Appartment überein. Das Wohnzimmer war ungemütlich eingerichtet und dunkel. Die Fenster waren sehr schmutzig und mit Moos bewachsen. Das Frühstück war in einem anderen Hotel, was 20 min mit dem Auto entfernt ist.

Great couples stay in the Black Forest!

Our experience in the Black Forest was fantastic! The room has all new appliances and kitchenware and it is completely pet friendly, I wish I had taken my cat with me! It would be 100% possible with an all wooden furniture. We were in the last room of the hall so the internet was very limited, but still it forced us to disconnect and it was extremely relaxing after all. The staff was super friendly and responsive, we got all the info and help we needed all the time. I will go back with my cat next time!

Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber die Zimmer waren ordentlich und sauber. Hintenraus war es sehr ruhig, allerdings muss man sich die Terrasse mit den Nachbarn teilen.

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit grossen, hellen und schön eingerichteten Räumen. Man merkt deutlich, dass die schlimme Zeit aus den beiden vorangegangen Pächtern, die aus einer Not gesucht wegen mussten, schleunigst vom eigentlichen Team wieder aufgearbeitet wird. Die Zimmer nach hinten sind sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück wurde liebevoll einzeln für jedes Zimmer angerichtet (Corona lässt grüssen.....). Auf Wunsch werden Extras an den Tisch gebracht. Wir haben uns zu jeder Zeit wohl und umsorgt gefühlt. Wenn hoffentlich bald wieder auf den vollen Normalbetrieb umgestellt werden kann, wird es sich noch schöner. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
