Nice place in a sleepy town

Nice little hotel right in the downtown area, close to the border. I can't complain about it. I do wish the hotel would provided a free bottle of drinking water in thr rpom. Temps was 108 f.

I am disabled, so for the last 2 years or so, I always book ground floor or properties with elevators. Expedia can verify this. This Hotels website, under the amenities listing boasts "elevator with 52 inch wide doors", which is wider than the standard 48 inches. I arrived at the front desk at 9:00pm having just landed, and they looked at me like I had two heads, it is clear when you are in the lobby it is not an elevator building. Thankfully my taxi driver directed me to another hotel, but when I brought the issue up with Expedia they said there was nothing they could do about the one night cancellation fee. Disgraceful! My advice, avoid this hotel as this was no misunderstanding, it was a deliberately stated missrepresentation.

Al llegar al hotel me dijeron que no tenían convenio vigente con Expedia. ¡Así que ni siquiera pude hacer check in! Y tampoco tuve el servicio. Ya me comuniqué con los agentes de Expedia para dar seguimiento a esta situación y que no se me haga ningún cargo debido a la situación.
