Nightmare!! I will never make complaint even the room , furniture was dirty Bathroom has a mold and smell bad Breakfast another story, you get offer free continental breakfast and then we was told that the part with fruit and some Brad with Salami was free but if you want everything else you need to pay ?? I will usually just ignore the whole thing and just enjoy my stay with my family but what they did on the end need to be addressed to others so you will be aware on the management attitude I book this hotel thought Expida and choose option to pay in hotel Price as you can see on the website for this hotel is from 120-150 and price I get was 156 At the lobby I was charged 240 And extra for pet 25 On my question and by 240’i was told that’s the deposit which will be returned to my account once it check out On the check out was told again the same think After one week since I didn’t receive money I call the hotel and they told me that the price as 240 and they can’t change anything?? So be careful, if you have to go to that hotel be prepared for that

Todo estuvo bien . Lo único que puedo opinar negativamente es el Desayuno continental, no hay muchas opciones , es algo limitado. Si quieres desayunar mejor tienes que pagar 350 pesos extra lo cual no vale la pena, ya que hay mejores opciones fuera del hotel Y a mucho mejor precio. Igual manera me volvería a quedar ahí , es cómodo , limpio y tranquilo.

The best experience hands down. More than anything they run a tight shift I felt very safe staying here with my family. I feel like I like I stayed in the high-end resort without paying the high price. Thank you. Expedia will be definitely coming back soon.

Instalaciones OK, Atención OK, Limpieza fallaron.
Tuve que solicitar limpieza para la tasa de baño ya que no la limpiaron. Después ya por dormir y querer usar una de las 2 camas, la sabanas tenia bellos, no las cambiaron. Como ya era tarde optamos por no usar esas sabanas y la cama. De ahí en fuera excelente, buena atención, instalaciones bonitas y tranquilidad.

Not enough security cameras car got broken in...
Had my car broken in, could not see anyone because they don't have enough surveliance cameras. They were going to investigate, when I called back for status manager told me, I needed a police report. I don’t leave there and I have to go in person. Very disappointing!!
