This is the WORST experience we had booking with hotel.com. The rating is totally rigged! The rooms are big with a king and a queen bed in two rooms. The kitchen is nonfunctional and smells. It’s dirtier than a motel in the US. Very dated fixtures, dirty carpet, dirty and stinky bathroom and kitchen. Very poor fluorescent lightings, small towels and not well cleaned. The beds are ok but nothing special. The most ridiculous thing is we had to ask toilet paper from the front desk they pulled out from a box and handed to us like this was the most natural thing! There’s no lobby but only a small entrance. No Hotel restaurant. Location is good but the street is a one way street which makes it hard to get taxis. The price is a total ripoff. I heard later real 3 Star Hotel nearby only cost half. We only stayed one night instead of the two we booked. Very disappointed, Hotel.com. One more suggestion. Try to find a local person to book a hotel is you're going to China, especially anywhere other than Beijing and Shanghai.
This is hotel is total disaster. The whole building and furniture look very cheap and dirty. There are big stain on the sofa and chairs that I can not even sit down on them. There is no non-smoking room in the entire whole. None of the staff can speak English. It is much worth than most of the cheap motels in North America but somehow Expedia put it in the "Four Star" category which is very misleading. I booked three nights at this hotel but could not stand it at all. I called Expedia right away to cancel the rest two nights and Expedia did it. This is the only good part. I highly suggest Expedia moved this hotel from the list since this is not even a "one star" hotel. It is for the poor local people but definitely not for people from outside China. Hotel staff can not communicate with clients at all. Other than that, non-smoking room does not mean anything to them. They just spry some perfume to the smoking room and assume it becomes non-smoking room. They have no common sense and any idea of hotel requests. Please Please Please remove this hotel from the list since I don't want anyone else to have such a bad experience like me.
Located quietly behind a shopping mall Area. Away from the crowd yet easily access to all the malls. 3 mins walk to the nearest MRT station. Simple and decent apartment with kitchen and living room. A pretty good price to accomodate my family of 4 paxs. The Front counter lady staff is both friendly and helpful. Although nothjng fantastic about the apartment, but definitely value for money.
