"The front office staff ( Harpreet & Michael) were very curtious, prompt and customer focused. The Restaurant staff (Sandesh & Sandeep) were very friendly and welcoming. Some suggestions for improvement at the property. Outside Window shutters rattled all night long and need to be better secured Ensure there is hot water in the shower at all times which was lacking. "We had already stayed at the Nous Hotel in Santorini in October 2023 and were completely satisfied at the time. That is exactly why we decided to book the hotel again for 5 nights during our trip in May 2026. "Google Maps routed me path from the bus stop to the hotel in a large “U” shape. My wife and I were worn out going up and down steps with luggage.
