10/10 Excellent
"Easy, comfortable good for kitchen/cooking, made the stay in Philly pleasant. Appreciated the staff responsiveness. "
"This was a Family Vacation w/older Children in their 20's.
We had a Wonderful Time.
Only complaint is that "Restaurant's Food Service" is a bit slow.
Room Service is Great!"
"Visited for just one night to attend a show at the Mann theater. Very nice property, well maintained and well managed. Everyone was very helpful especially Rashad in the breakfast dining room. They offered many Gluten Free options and fresh gluten free muffins and bread. "
"The property was easy to get to from the highway; it is easy to walk about the city with many restaurants and eating establishments close by. The staff was courteous and helpful. I was in Philadelphia for a concert, so we spent just one night at the hotel. The property does not have its own parking, so we were told to park at the garage across the street. It was $50 for the night. I found that quite expensive. I travel a lot, and many hotels in a similar situation have an understanding where, with the proper validation, guests can get a discount. "
"The Loews is always a wonderful place to stay! From the high quality decor to luxury amenities, it's always at the top of our choices to stay in Philadelphia. Check in took especially long as there were only 2 attendants at the reservations desk and a very long line of guests. People were trying to be patient but it seemed like management didn't care how they were taxing their staff at the most important part of their guest's stay, the beginning. The staff was very professional and did their best tap dance to keep people happy.
Other than that, everything was great. A beautiful place, as always! "
"Despite the ongoing construction we had a great stay at the Sheraton. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location of the hotel was perfect for our college tours."
"Best apartment i’ve ever stayed in in Phili. I go back and forth a lot to visit my daughter in the University City area and this was fantastic. Will be back! "
