"The is located close to transportation and shopping. It’s clean and has the modern conveniences for travelers. The breakfast was excellent but the staff gave us incorrect information about the Sunday bruch and breakfast arrangements which led to us not having breakfast as usual as we intended to have the bruch as it was timed closer to our departure for a long train trip. Generally the stay was great!"
"Quiet small hotel at the entrance to the old town of Basel. Easy bus ride to the hotel from the train station. Plenty of historical buildings, shops and restaurants."
"Hotel locates in heart of Basel it may be good for business trip but not for us as a traveler. Only towels, soap and shampoo provided in bath room. We wish at least having a bottle of water. "

Zuerst waren wir etwas erstaunt über den Preis des Frühstücks, doch es war sehr reichhaltig und ausserordentlich vielseitig. Es hat sich gelohnt. Werden es wieder besuchen. "
"The hotel is really clean and comfortable. They gave us a Basel card, so we could use public transport for free. One downside was that tram passes along the street next to the hotel, and you can hear it."

"Very convenient, clean and modern. The room was a little small but still acceptable. The only I would add is a shelf or two in the bathroom. Not much space to put your things.

"Excellent location, clean and well maintained. Bed was comfortable and room was much larger than we anticipated. Bettina checked us in and she was delightful. We left luggage at desk a few hours before check-in, and it was taken to our rooms before we returned. The hot beverages and croissants were also a pleasant surprise. "
