The staff are so warm and accommodating, friendly too. The venue is just right for my family's need of a suite. Nearby shops, near the transit, quiet night for resting, far from the crowded areas.

We stayed the weekend with our grandchildren and had a great stay. A warm welcome on Saturday with full attention for our grand children. A nice room (family room 4 persons) on the Royal floor and a great breakfast the next morning. All staff spoken were very helpful and friendly. We are looking forward for our next stay!

Such lovely staff, we were greeted by a friendly face and great service. The hotel is well situated for a walk or short bus ride into the city. There are games and entertainment in the foyer downstairs and there is a great atmosphere. Our bedroom was clean and spacious and the beds extremely comfortable. The whole family enjoyed our stay.

Very good for the price! Not too far from the Centraal Station. Supermarket right next door. The room included a small kitchen with a coofee machine, fridge and microwave. Sourrounding is not the nicest but okay for a short stay. Very friendly staff and you got free goodies when checking in. I would recommend for a short uncomplicated trip!

The room was small and a bit dated. There was no air conditioning, only a fan, so it wasn’t very comfortable to sleep. It’s okay for a one-night stay. On the plus side, there was a microwave, and the staff were friendly.

Missing rubber between shower doors

It was realy practical. The games and stuff that was at the first flor was realy funn. I realy liked the wheel you get to spinn at the start. Only thing i didnt like was that the sower was missing the rubber between the doors.

this place is more of a hostel, possibly with some residential accommodation. Very basic and not what i would regard as a hotel. That said, bed was comfy and the lady on reception was very friendly and helpful

The Teleport was perfect for what I needed - a clean room for the night, tea / coffee facilities, and a comfortable bed. As you know, it's situated in an unattractive part of town...which did not matter to me because all I wanted was an early night. The receptionist was charming, warm and efficient . Many thanks. All in all it was very good value for money.

Teleport Den Haag

The family room had space and it was comfortable enough. The real downside was the lack of ability to control the room temperature and the lack of any additional blankets or quilts as the room was a bit on the cold side. There are games and activities available so children (and adults) are entertained. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Quirky place to stay, amazing food next door!

Funky place, so handy to have a fridge, crockery, coffee maker and kettle. A microwave was also provided but we ate dinner at the Veggiesaurus Indian restaurant within the same building (it was fabulous) so we didn’t use that. It’s on a busy road that’s not so easy to walk from, but there was a good bus service to the door from Centra Station. Staff were super kind and helpful! We would come back.

Efficiënt and nice check in. Rooms were spacious and clean, some coffee and tea provided, as well a microwave and fridge. Internet worked fine. Great to have free parking space. Location is however a bummer, and definitely not "close to Het Binnenhof" , as advertised in Hotel.com. This description was quite misleading as the hotel is a 40 minute walk from "Het Binnenhof "!
