There are indeed terms and conditions regarding some types of reservations. These are also shown with those bookings. We do have non-refundable rates for example, which the name already says: these bookings are not refundable. These are standard terms withing the NH Hotel Group.However, in some cases we can see if we can do anything for the guests. We do have different room types and renovated rooms and rooms which are not renovated yet. We are working hard to realize this, but unfortunately soms rooms are indeed older than others.
