"The room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Housekeeping came daily even on weekend. Check-in was a nightmare. We arrived early at noon and while we certainly understand that checking in early isn't guaranteed, it appeared that no one was checked in until after 4pm. Typically people start getting rooms as rooms are cleaned. We went away for a couple of hours and had lunch. Upon returning we were told that NO rooms were available yet. The lobby continued to fill up with people. No one was getting rooms. Shortly after 4pm all rooms were released and there were 2 lines for check-in with about 30 people in each. I have never experienced anything like this. Everyone was furious. The lobby is small as is the dining area. The hotel was fully booked and the lobby was crowded at all times. A hotel of this size needs a larger lobby and dining room. Also, climate control in group spaces was crazy. AC blasting even though was cold outside. This was true for 4 days. "

"The bathroom in standard room is shower over bath tub. This is not indicated on hotel photos. The mixer on our shower was broken and we could not turn shower on. The maintenance man came and the mixer remained loose. We were able to turn shower on but then could not turn it off. So we had to change room- we did get upgraded so that was good move by front staff. The rooms are spacious, although a little tired. Location was great. Breakfast was ordinary and there are better options in Prudential Centre which is probably why the dining room was quiet."

"The bathroom in the room is substandard and can not control water temp. The air condition can not be control and it does not work. Breakfast is horrible. The overall look of the hotel is more like a motel. The price was extremely high for what i got. I thought because the price i would get a very nice accomodation but i was very wrong."
