"This is a budget hotel - so don`t expect anything more. It is good value for money and in a location about 10 - 15 minutes walk from Chiang Saen centre. There are no cafes close to the hotel so be prepared to walk or take a ride to the centre of Chiang Saen. The staff are friendly and helpful."
"Staff really polite. Facilities clean & quiet . Restaurant really good & they even grow their vegetables on the property about 20 feet from the kitchen, fresh & delicious Thai cuisine. The cost of the room is reasonable all around in this area of Thailand About 1 to 2 times less than other areas of Thailand. My wife & I are visiting from the USA family. "A reasonably well maintained Property. The Room was as advertised.
My only issue was the directions provided when using the Expedia App and choosing Google Maps; I was directed to the Property across the Street. The Hotel has no Signage on that Street. The entrance is from the other side of the Property.
Something to discuss with the Owner.

"This truly was an amazing space, I was looking for a place to relax and unwind, and somehow found the perfect spot. The grounds are like a garden. The rooms are perfect and clean. The staff was there, but not in your face, had great conversations at breakfast when I wanted and was able to be quiet when I wanted. Truly amazing and beautiful.!"

"This was an amazing hotel. We felt like we were island princesses among the flora and fauna. Every single view from this hotel looks like a National Geographic cover. The staff was also amazing. We went during low season and got a free upgrade to the white room with the pool which was amazing. They also automatically moved our checkin to a later time. The service was great and they were super helpful with organizing day trips and drivers. 10/10 recommend "
