"Not a good experience for me, I'm afraid. You have to call to get the access code to the keybox. It would be easier if they could email/text on morning of arrival. It a buffet type of food, some reviews stated the food was like warm blah blah blah service is not brilliant .... They cater for lots of people for heavens sake and are humans. ....
