We had a lovely stay at the Hyatt in Kuantan. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help and accommodate the guests needs. The location is amazing! Right on the beech. We really enjoyed our family holiday and we would come here again for sure!! Thank you all the staff.

Enjoyed our stay with minor setbacks. Room was large and bed was comfortable. The jacuzzi was awesome. Enjoyed the swimming pool. Breakfast and dinner buffet spread was limited but it was good. There were couple of setbacks like safebox did not work (even after repaired), internet was on & off at times and TV completely did not work on day 2 & day 3 (it worked on day 1 till about midnite only). Vistana is a good quality hotel with comfortable modern rooms that have been recently refurbished. I stayed 11 nights on business and was particularly impressed with the overall quality of accommodation and most importantly for be the reliable internet facilities which will easily support Skype. The hotel has a pleasant pool area and coffee bar and a large restaurant with a good range of meals available to suit all tastes. We stayed here on route to Malaka and we loved it! Very very clean, easy check in and out and good air con and ventilation. We had some local noodles and spring water tofu and had a hike in the morning to see the sunrise upon the hills. Fantastic and fully recommend Note. Eat outside and do not leave any food visible as ants are quite good in finding it. Accidentally ate some crisps and i regret it. Place is kept spotless

All the services are perfect from the reception to the house keeping staff.

The room is so huge! We took a "selangor" room.. Spacious Room.. Big Toilet, Excellent Wifi, Delicious Breakfast eventhough the food is simple.. And there is 24hrs reception which you wont find in other homestay!
