Sisan Family Resort

"We had a lovely stay at Sisan Family Resort with my daughter and really enjoyed our time there. The apartment was very spacious, spotlessly clean and comfortable, which made it perfect for a family stay. The breakfast was amazing and definitely one of the highlights. There was such a fantastic variety of both hot and cold dishes, as well as fresh fruit, snacks and plenty of delicious sweet treats. There was something for everyone, and we looked forward to breakfast every morning! The location is fantastic — just around a 5-minute walk from Lake Garda, in the beautiful area of Cisano. We were especially lucky during our visit as the Sagra dei Osei (Bird Festival) was taking place. There were lots of fun rides, games, food stalls and a lovely night market right along the lakeside. The evening was eventually finished off with a spectacular fireworks display, which made our trip feel truly magical. ✨🎆 Another big bonus was being so close to Gardaland, which made visiting the theme park easy and was an absolutely fantastic experience with my daughter. Overall, we had a wonderful family holiday and would happily stay at Sisan Family Resort again. The combination of spacious and clean accommodation, excellent breakfast, a beautiful location and so many attractions nearby made it a very memorable trip. Highly recommended for families! ❤️"

"We had an excellent stay. We enjoyed the space and appreciated Vittorio for upgrading our room to a balcony with a lake view, providing helpful recommendations, and going out of his way to help us secure transportation quickly so we could make it to our train. The breakfast buffet was lovely and the room was bright and clean. We definitely recommend this hotel to others!"

"I haven't stayed in this hotel since 2012 and I must say its an incredible property in the perfect setting. However, on the first night we witnessed the restaurant staff have an absolute meltdown, it was embarrassing for all involved. The GM apologised and after that day everything was reasonably normal, however, there was an issue, and we never went back in the evenings. The main restaurant (Oseleta) on the other hand was truly exceptional, which is why it now has a Michelin star... The food and the wine was brilliant all week! We will go back and I am sure they simply had an off day."

"This was one of our most pleasant stays traveling through Europe. As a gluten free traveler, I appreciate the GF options that were provided for me. They have a separate table for all GF items and everything is individually wrapped. They also have a juicer with a broad selection of vegetables and fruits for juicing. The hotel staff went above and beyond to give us high quality care. We loved the pool, the overall aesthetic of the hotel, and thoroughly enjoyed the free bikes the hotel provided. My only regret is that we didn't have more time here. Thank you, Hotel Maximilian!"

"Property was fab! We had the best apartment No 16, it was on two floors. Was a bit dated not quite like the photos on Expedia but very clean. We had a skylight in the bedroom which made it a bit bright when the sun came up. I mentioned it to reception and they immediately offered to move us or try to cover it up. Vanessa was the best, she got maintenance to come straight out to solve the issue by putting some board up. Customer Service was AMAZING!! She couldn’t do enough for us. On my birthday she bought over a lovely bottle of wine in a bag with a flower. She really made our holiday special!! The highlight was the pool though… beautiful, clean, lots of new sunbeds and umbrellas!! It’s a small place so not too many people, it’s only a short walk in to the centre of Lazise. It’s got plenty of parking and is well maintained with cleaners and handymen and gardeners on site daily. The Lidi nearby is very handy and well stocked!! We had a fabulous time staying there with our twenty year old son. We were very sad to leave and would definately return!!! So pleased I booked a place with a pool and near Lazise! Great for families and couples. A real pretty location. Quaint, local restaurant just around the corner and up the hill, was the best, great prices, great food and great views of Lake Garda, we only discovered it on the last night, wish we had eaten there every night!!!
