"First room offered was unusable as under renovation full of building materials and rubble. Second room given was without any form of heating on a cold January with bedding consisting of sheet and blanket. Totally unacceptable so had to find alternative accommodation at another hotel. Having prepaid we want a full refund. "

"Clean and comfortable for a quick trip heading to south of Spain from Madrid after a long flight from the states, Lillo is a small town without much of anything to do, some restaurants open after 19:00 but I would drive there instead of walking 10 to 15 mins, it’s very safe. "We love this cute place! The owner welcomed us friendly and told us the story of the building. The property is so clean, nice and impressive, the breakfast was so good, fresh and a lot of options. It is just 10 minutes driving to Consuegra, the windmills, we enjoyed a spectacular sunset there! We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back in the future!"

"When Expedia's VRBO cancelled our booking for Oct1 property in Madrid on Sept 30th, we found ourselves scrambling to find a hotel close to the airport in Madrid. Hotels were ridiculously expensive for that evening but also very limited. Found this unique gem about 1 hour 15 minutes from the airport. Reasonable rate, huge room with a very large bathroom. Extremely clean! Friendly helpful staff. Ate in the hotel's restaurant which was also very nice. Would definitely recommend "
