a bit pricey for Georgia but probably worth it! Property in excellent conditions, staff are professional & courteous. Location is very central with plenty of dining options next to it. Definitely will stay here next time we're in Telavi.

Extremely noisy all night long, due to poor insulation - every passing car felt like it was passing through our room (and the place is situated well in the middle of the city on a bustling street), every honk from a passing car, loud talk and music at 3 am. Barley got any sleep. They could at least supply us with earplugs ahead.

Beautiful Telavi

Our first visit to Telavi. After a long drive from Tbilisi airport we reached our hotel in Telavi. A pleasant reception awaited us. Beautiful room, big and very clean with an excellent bathroom. Food and drink were tasty and reasonably priced. Location simply wonderful, opposite the castle and history museum and about ten minutes walk from the old city. In brief wonderful city and hotel. The gym room was sadly changed to a meeting room.

Super staff and spacious, modern rooms

Very nice and modern hotel. Probably a good business hotel, too, as I saw several spacious conference rooms with nice views etc. They gave me an upgrade when asked, which was unexpected. The staff is super nice, and they all are very professional, ad all speak flawless English etc. My only complaint is the pool is very small, but other than that, great location and spacious rooms that are worth the price.

A great hotel in the Wine Region of Georgia

Telavi, a picturesque town NE of Tbilisi and offering stunning views, is what locals consider to be the capital of the Wine Region in Georgia. Holiday Inn spa hotel is located next to the castle of King Erekle II in the center of Telavi, a perfect location for anyone wanting to scout around the town, visit the restaurants and wine bars and enjoy the stunning views surrounding the town. The hotel appears to be very new, clean and well up to any western standards. If you arrive by car you can safely park just outside the hotel without a problem. The check in was a breeze, all personnel speak good English and of course they accept all major credit cards. The rooms are large and equipped with A/C, flat screen TV, WiFi, a fridge, water cooker, complimentary tea and coffee as well as bathing robes. I had a room with a very comfortable queen bed with four pillows. After I had made myself comfortable in the room I received a phone call from the receptionist, who wanted to make sure that everything in the room was as I expected. A nice, personal touch. My room was on third floor facing the main street and there was some noise from the street as buildings in the region usually do not have double glass windows, but the thick darkening curtains do a good job insulating also the sound once it's time to go sleep. I had dinner in one of the two restaurants of this hotel, this one located on the fifth floor. The service was excellent and the food tasty as usual in Georgia.

This was a new Holiday Inn. It was beautiful & tre dining area had a panoramic view of the mountains! We would stay here again!
