This is an older hotel on the beach which has been completely renovated. The rooms are gorgeous; the bathrooms are modern, updated and very much state of the art. I was extremely pleased and I give this hotel a solid 5 star rating.

Terrific staff. Tertific view from the balcony. Excellent breakfast and great facilities. Management should install thermostats in the rooms allowing guests to control the temperature.

Very obliging and friendly staff, generous size bed and room convenient location and beach access. Hotel needs internal cosmetic makeover e.g. furnishings exterior painting. Amazing power shower. Overall very pleased.

The staff and service at the hotel was excellent. They were all so helpful and professional. So thanks for that The hotel was a bit run down, the balcony at the room was smaller than possible, and the gym was very bad. A great contrast to the pictures on hotels.com. Hotels showed great gym pictures, which in no way lived up to reality

There was a fire in the hotel. The entire fire management was done very poorly. No water offered to those waiting in the lobby. The electricity was cut off for the entire last day of stay. Not a word of apology or compensation

The property is tired . Room housekeeping terrible . Everyday something not done. No ice in room fridge or on the floor . To deliver ice to your room they charge you. Recommend stay somewhere else

hotel catastrophe

The hotel was not satisfying as supposed to be ! the business loung was supposed to open from 9h early in the morning till 11pm to be able to have a breakfast, but it opened only from 11 a.m and really had nothing special to eat or drink and was empty at 8 pm . we had to take the breakfast and pay for it and the price was more expensif than on Hotels.com the rooms were very small and not comfortable even they were renovated we will not go back or recommand this hotel. we are asking for the refund of all the breakfast. we had room 1503 and 1505 .

Fun in the sun

At all, the service was friendly and prompt and pleasant. It was right next to the beach and near all the Israeli dancing every Saturday. From the hotel lobby, you can watch the surfers and people playing football volleyball and a beautiful sunset

We will not be back again.

The hotel has no parking and they recommended we park in a nearby parking lot, but they didn't tell us it was a crazy cost and at the end of two days we paid 600 NIS. The breakfast is good and rich. The pool, jacuzzi and spa are of average quality.
