Property in bad repair. No cold water or flushing toilet. I had to use a bucket to flush it. And there was a broken/missing window so anyone could have climbed into my room

La ubicación de este hotel es absolutamente privilegiada, estar literalmente frente al mar es perfecto para quienes buscan relajarse. Lamentablemente, es evidente que este hotel tuvo mejores días, se nota que en sus inicios debió haber sido un lugar bonito, pero la falta de mantenimiento es muy notable, las camas no son cómodas, las regaderas funcionan mal y experimentamos cortes de agua durante nuestra estancia El deterioro general es evidente en varios espacios del hotel, el teléfono que está en la entrada no funciona y no hay personal a quien puedas recurrir. Recomendable solo si encuentras una excelente tarifa y tu prioridad absoluta es la ubicación frente al mar, entendiendo las limitaciones del servicio. Esperamos que pronto reciba la inversión que merece este lugar con tanto potencial.

La habitación tiene insectos, las paredes sucias, sin agua día y medio, hay una ventana grande q no cierra, cero atención, cero limpieza. Aire, televisión y baño decente. Sin WiFi (no indispensable). Económico pero la limpieza y la economía no están peleadas.

No hay personal que te atienda, el check - in es a través de whatsapp pero no respondieron, tuve que preguntar en el restaurante de a lado y resultó una chica que trabaja en el restaurante es quien hace la limpieza del hotel y es la única persona que nos ayudó. Falta más atención por parte de los responsables del hotel. En general limpio, no tan cerca del centro pero fue bueno ya que no hay ruido, a unos pasos de la playa.

Es una estancia muy privada y tranquila, recomendaría poner tipo mesitas y sillas fuera de las habitaciones. Muy amables, solo que un día hubo una mala comunicación y dormimos una noche sin cobijas. Recomiendo ampliamente.

No sabíamos cómo ingresar. Nadie del hotel nos dijo que sólo debíamos de registrarnos con código qr. No hubo personal de servicio. Una vecina nos dijo cómo entrar. No hubo estacionamiento a pesar de tener área, la reja estaba descompuesta. La entrada sólo estaba vigilada por una cámara, pero no sabíamos si tenía cámaras dentro y afuera del cuarto, pues es lo único con lo que contaba.
