"The front desk staff were very helpful and walked us through our hotel charges. They arranged our transfer to the port. Made the experience easy and effortless. Only negative we had was, our room AC wasn’t cold as what the temperature says on the thermostat. In the evening, we opened the window to get some cool air into the room.
