However, both amenities were closed for the entire duration of my stay. This was not disclosed at the time of booking, and it directly impacted my decision to choose your property. In addition, the conduct of the lady manager was unprofessional. Her demeanor was consistently unwelcoming and gave the impression that guests were an inconvenience rather than a priority. This experience falls below reasonable expectations and reflects a lack of transparency and customer service. Given the circumstances, I am requesting appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and misrepresentation. I am open to resolving this matter directly, but if needed, I am prepared to escalate this through formal review platforms.
