"Flo and Omar were very welcoming and passionate. The location was convenient, easily access to the train station and the touristic sites. There were some surprises- welcome drink and the breakfast box which were delights throughout the stay. Will come back again if visiting Rome"

"We booked a Junior suite and the room was lovely and spacious. The staff at check in, check out, at the concierge desk, helping with luggage, turn down service were superb. Things I would suggest improving on are minor. The executive lounge needs more variety of the refreshment and snack options on offer. However our experience inhouse was a bit odd. we sat near the fountain and ate a sandwhich when a member of staff approached us and said we could not bring outside food in. the house rules are odd and restrictive - not sure what we are paying for other than a bed? also costs to store your baggage after check out. i had booked three private rooms and request for them to be near each other but it wasn't the case. additionally at...
