"Room was not clean. In Partixular, the shower had an awful smell all the time. The layout of the room was not good. Very noisy. Construction outside the window all the time. Staff was very nice at the bar. Galleys were never stocked appropriately. Decor was nice. Cute sitting area in the bar. Rooftop was not open but looks to be cute when open. Overall this was just okay. Definitely need to work out kinks. "

"This hotel was an outstanding location, very clean and quiet. The only issue we had was the keypad to access the building and hotel in the evening. We could not get the keypad to work on multiple occasions and had the call the after hours number for assistance. Not sure if it was us or if they should consider a change of the keypad hardware. "

"We booked a Junior suite and the room was lovely and spacious. The staff at check in, check out, at the concierge desk, helping with luggage, turn down service were superb. Things I would suggest improving on are minor. The executive lounge needs more variety of the refreshment and snack options on offer.
