"Room was not clean. In Partixular, the shower had an awful smell all the time. The layout of the room was not good. Very noisy. Construction outside the window all the time. Staff was very nice at the bar. Galleys were never stocked appropriately. Decor was nice. Cute sitting area in the bar. Rooftop was not open but looks to be cute when open. Overall this was just okay. Definitely need to work out kinks. "

"We booked a Junior suite and the room was lovely and spacious. The staff at check in, check out, at the concierge desk, helping with luggage, turn down service were superb. Things I would suggest improving on are minor. The executive lounge needs more variety of the refreshment and snack options on offer. I feel the breakfast service needs to be more consistent, on the 1st morning we weren't made aware of the cooked to order options available. On our 2nd morning the breakfast service was...

"Great hotel in a wonderful location. Easy access to Metro and walkable to major attractions. Some fantastic restaurants just around the corner - and a very welcomed laundromat across the road. Rooms were on the 4th floor, but wonderful to have a lift. Bed was very comfy. Only thing was the hot water could have been hotter, but that is a minor complaint. Highly recommend and would stay again next time in Rome. Thanks to the Alessandro and Simon who are great hosts. "
