"Cozy and modern rooms about 15 minutes walk to train station with luggages. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was served early as we had an early tour. So this was greatly appreciated. Plenty of restaurants nearby as well as a grocery store. We only stayed 2 nights and one of the tour meeting points was close by so it made sense to be near the train station instead of Duomo area. I would stay at Biocity again."

"The room was old but spacious. The biggest drawback was the stairway entrance; if staff weren't present, we had to carry our own luggage up to the lobby. Additionally, the air conditioning was problematic, likely due to an outdated system. I had to call an employee to reset it, which was a time-consuming process."

"Very small microtel on the 3rd floor of it's building. Air conditioning in the lobby was either not working or turned off purposely (all 4 zones), and the lobby/reception was very hot/uncomfortable. They were able to check us in early with only a 20-minute wait for our room. They were also able to store our luggage on check-out day (10:30am) while we went shopping and waited for our train to Venice (12:45pm). Operated by CTI Group out of Hong Kong (i.e. CCP). "It was terrible experience to book room here . We reached after a 13 hrs flight and could not stay there and left after 3 hours. It was filled with filth, bigs and stains."
