Hotel in centrum

De eerste ervaring was teleurstellend. Ik had het hotel geboekt omdat elke kamer een bubbelbad zou hebben. Dit bleek niet het geval te zijn. Het hotel was wel in de buurt van goede restaurants en vlak bij het centrum. Na drie dagen werden we naar een ander hotel gebracht en dit was zeker de moeite waard. Het was een nieuw hotel en heel aardige personeel. Ook een hele leuke buurt vlkbij het centrum.

Na ja....

Die Lage etwas abseits der Hauptstrasse und in Gehdistanz zur Altstadt fanden wir super. Im Hotel selber kann es etwas laut werden, je nach Gattung der Gäste. Tolles Frühstück und bequeme Betten. Der Zimmerservice lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Die Laken wurden teilweise gar nicht zurecht gezogen, Gläser und Tassen nicht abgewaschen. Das Licht beim Badezimmerspiegel fehlte (ein loses Kabel hing am Spiegel entlang). Zudem gibt es keine Duschwand-/Vorhang, sodass man kaum richtig duschen kann. Wir waren vor einer mehrtägigen Tour und danach in diesem Hotel. Beide Zimmer wiesen ähnliche Mängel auf. Sehr instabiles Wifi!

Not so good, no bill boy, no telephone, week wifi, good breakfast, very frindly kitchen staff, people are trying but with less resources, tv channels very bad, basically their nightly rates for the room are great, i am going back for the good rates only.

"Yeah about your booking..."

Arrived here at 4:30 am straight from airport. Was completely exhausted and they told me that there's a problem with my booking and I can't have the room there. However they offered me another room from other hotel that was "better located and same hotel chain". So what can you do but do what they say at that hour? So I spent my whole time in Log Inn Boutique Hotel near Avlabari metro station.

Close to the central area

Surroundings is not very good however it is close by central area. Staff was very helpful. Rooms were fine however comforters were smaller than beds.

We reached the hotel around 2 noon and the room was not ready. We had to wait for 1.5 hr for them to get it ready. The bfast was not all that great. The food was cold and the same items were repeated the next day too.

Terrible exoerience

The hotel has a spooky feeling. The lift was not working so I have to carry my heavy luggage all the way to 2nd floor without anyone helping me. Breakfast options are not great

Nice 3* Hotel

Overall the stay was comfortable, probably it would have added more to it had the Master Bed was not a combination of Two mattresses. The Muslim Shower in the Toilet was leaking and unfortunately no one could be arranged in our 3-nights stay to fix it. There was no telephone in the room as well and I had to use my mobile to call the reception and request for a few stuff missing from the room. Hotel staff was very cooperative though, had allowed us to use microwave to warm the Food we brought from outside. They were very prompt in responding to my requests as well and made their level best to cater what could possibly be arranged. Hotel is located at a very peaceful location which was very important for us. Quite a large room as compared to other 3* star hotel I stayed during my trip. Breakfast menu was better than the 3* & 4* Hotels I had during my current trip. Highly recommend everyone to consider staying in this Hotel in their upcoming visits to Tbilisi.

Nice and quiet hotel but far from town

It’s much further from town than I was expected. Getting to the nearest metro station involves at least 15-20 minutes walk over the busy streets and roads. It’s located deep inside the alley, not difficult to find with Taxi but can be really really dark and quiet at night. The hotel itself is good and quiet, breakfast was just ok, rather bored. Staffs were very attentive and nice. Shower was ok, WiFi works very good.

Very nice hotel not far away to the Old Tbilissi. Fantastic and wonderful staff ready yo help you. Big rooms vety clean. Really we spent wonderful holidays there. Free transport to airport.

Nice surprise

Just a short stay of 48 hours but the hotel everything I needed. Within walking distance to food, sightseeing and business. It was clean, comfortable and provided an adequate breakfast to get one underway for the day's activities

Good stay with nice hospitality

I stayed here along with my friends. Everything was good except the sofa bed provided, due to thin mattress it was nit comfortable. Apart from this hospitality was great.
