Just few points for consideration, a/c systems are central which maintains the cool temperature at whole premises, this has been done in avoidance of a noise at the guest rooms. As for the TV, previous guest experiences have showed the preference not to have them in the rooms as the most do prefer to use internet for their laptops or portable computers. As regards to breakfast, it consist of cooked breakfast (fried sausage, fried eggs and bacon), vegetables, toast, home made jams, tea/coffee, cakes, fruits, yogurt, cheese, milk, juice, cornflakes. And finally, Red Fox is the family run guesthouse and is not the hotel, therefore all the polices (including reception hours) are run as regards to its level of comfort. Dear guest, sorry for the inconvenience as regards to noise, we have informed you about ongoing refurbishment process (due to be completed in one week) taking place during the daytime for few hours when the guests are always out for siteseeing. Dear guests, all the details of the comfort level is in accordance to the room rates, in addition the guests can inform us if they will need additional housekeeping at the rooms. In response to your review we need to point out the fact that no additional charge was taken from you which was applicable to the bad condition you left the room after residing there for two days (damaged bathroom appliances plus the dirtiest room ever) In addition I have to say that our response to your attitude was kept on a very professional level.
