El hotel es muy cómodo y las habitaciones bien equipadas y mantenidas. El volumen de la música en la piscina es a veces un poco alto. La arquitectura del hotel es básica, no saca provecho del entorno natural en el que está ubicado. Permiten salidas tardías a una tarifa muy razonable.

Many things wrongs. The layout sucks, broken elevator, poor directions inside the complex very easy to get lost. Not enough lights in the pool area once it gets dark…. Infestation of mosquitoes!!! Good resultant good prices, good food/breakfast, good staff. Nice pool. Bring mosquito repellent.

Hoye Arenas does not longer have an agreement with Punta Leona which means the only beach access is now Playa Mantas and you have to either pay the regular parking if you get any spot cause is pack during weekends or walk there from the hotel as is no longer offering transportation. Really Arenas just provides the pool and sells a closer location to the beach but no beach access at all. I’m not sure I’ll go back as least not during high season

Agradable estadía, habitación impecable en limpieza y orden. Mucho ruido durante el día en la piscina que entra a las habitaciones. El desayuno es promedio.

We have stayed at Punta Leona numerous times but now they have shut off access to playa blanco as well as to the pools and restaurants. The continental breakfast for Arenas is good but used to be a lot better. It cost us $100 extra per day to have access to the beach and lunch at the club. We also had open exposed wires under our sink in the bathroom which was a little worrisome especially for electrocution hazards.

Buena opción en pareja.
Fue muy placentero llegamos a las al ser las 4 30 pm no habían personas en el Check in entonces fue muy rápido, muy amables y el hotel. En general esta muy bien, talvez mejorar las opciones del menú o hacer alguna promoción que incluya los tiempos de comida, ya que el bar de la picina casi no se observa moviendo, el restaurante en la cena no se veía un buen ambiente deberían de mejorar en cosas mínimas qué pueden ser cambios positivos para el hotel.

La limpieza de la habitacion bien los baños de recepcion y piscina muy mal ubicados y nada limpios la habitacion la entregaron pasadas las 3 que es la hora de check in en fin la pasamos bien pero no fue una estadia como creimos que seria.

Increíble servicio al cliente de María Arias
Todo bien, pero quiero destacar a la sra. María Arias, súper amable, dedicada a hacer de tu estadía mucho más placentera, afanada por ayudarte, y sobre todo, el trato de cordialidad. Solo por ella vale la pena venir. Importante sobre el hotel que no es de Punta Leona y el acceso a Playa Blanca no es permitido, solo atravesando la playa en marea baja, y deberían indicarlo en los comentarios de las reservaciones.

I loved the swimming pool and my girlfriends really enjoyed it also and the breakfast was great.The room was nice but the bathroom was very small and the hot water was not working but other than that I really liked this hotel.

Wow. What a nice pool. No one was at the bar, but the nights we stayed the hotel was not busy. We did have someone come to pool area and then bring us back a beverage. Rooms very nice. We also liked the restaurant

Cumple con lo básico para vacaciones familiares
La estadía cumple bien en caso de un viaje rápido, cercano, tranquilo. La atención a cliente fue buena, los empleados siempre nos trató bien, aunque parece que los tienen enfocados a racionalizar lo más que pueda. Tuvimos la mala suerte que nos tocó un cuarto a la par del cuarto de máquinas, para los que tienen sueño sensible, mejor pedir que no le den ese cuarto.... El lugar siempre estuvo muy limpio, eso fue muy bueno. En cuanta calidad y precio, me parece que si requieren buscar forma de mejorar sus precios, porque si son elevados para la calidad que ofrecen. En desayuno estilo buffet, por ese enfoque de racionalizar, la forma de repartir comida se puede mejorar, pues ahorita se dura mucho, se ve desordenado, y hay que estar reportando a los empleados que se acabó café, jugos.... La proporción de comida es bastante, y calidad aceptable. En la pagina de hotels.com indican que ofrecen transporte gratuito a la playa, eso es mentira, hay que caminar, no se puede llevar el carro, porque no hay donde estacionar. Un tip: para llegar yo entré por una calle de lastre, sin embargo, se puede entrar por la entrada principal de hotel punta leona, la calle esta mejor, y se recorta bastante en distancia y tiempo... Eso no se lo dicen en el hotel, yo me di cuenta porque pregunté...

En el restaurante tardaron 1 hora para servirnos la comida, cuando por fin llegó la comida estaba fría, era muy poquito para los 12 mil colones que pagamos por plato. El desayuno también era muy poca cantidad lo que sirvieron. En la habitación la limpieza era buena pero el aire acondicionado estaba defectuoso. Nos gustó la piscina. Lástima que la playa queda a 500 metros del hotel. Les hace falta renovar el hotel y las amenidades definitivamente.

El hotel está muy bien, únicamente que no es tan cerca de la playa, y el hotel no brinda traslado a la misma, tienes que caminar y en partes del trayecto no hay acera lo que lo hace un poco peligroso

El apartamento era espacioso, y estaba bien limpio y ordenado; sin embargo, estaba al lado de unas gradas de uso público y el ruido exterior entraba fácilmente a la habitación, aún con puertas y ventanas cerradas. Además el wifi nunca funcionó de manera estable por al menos 5 minutos, fue frustrante.

La propiedad tiene buena ubicación y la piscina es muy bonita. Todo está limpio y hay buena atención. El lugar es para unas vacaciones de fiesta y no para descansar ya que hay musica fuerte todo el día y hasta las 10 de la noche. La comida del restaurante es regular, con poca variedad y de todo lo que comimos solo la pizza estaba rica.

Hice reservacion para 4, al final vinimos 5, paguenel extra de uno más. En la habitacion hay 2 sabanas... no sabanas extra, ni nada para cobijarse, asi que los 5 dormimos con 2 sabanas. Este hotel no tiene acceso a la playa, tr dicen que puede ir hasta playa Mantas, pero cuando llegas allá no hay a donde dejar el carro y no puedes entrar. El hotel no tiene acceso a la playa en realidad. Mientras estas en las instalaciones, no puedes abrir un boucher para que carguen bebidas a tu habitacion, asi que si deseas una bebida en la piscina debes cargar tu cartera siempre, pues todo debe pagarse adelantado para que te sirvan. En general el hotel es bonito, esta limpio y todo esta en buenas condiciones, el personal hace lo mejor que puede su trabajo, pero es bastante incomodo porque es un hotel en la playa sin acceso a la playa.

The pool area was great, but you cannot access Playa Blanca, so its name is misleading, the beach is far away an you have to pay 7000 colones for parking, so this is a hotel to stay at the pool but a beach one
