30 plus room temperature

Location was great for us. Close to the Särkänniemi amusement park and also close to city center. Minus was cleaning and that there were no aircon. Flat did get very very hot even when it was only partly sunny day. Shower floor drain didn't work. It was full of human hair and grease. Airwentilation full of dirt. Dust under, on top and behind every furniture's.

Mukava paikka, ainoa miinus oli kuumuus, asunnossa on vain Koneellinen ilmanvaihto, majoittaja ilmeisesti oli käsittänyt että se on ilmastointi. Reagointi oli kuitenkin ensiluokkaista, olimme 2 yötä, 1. Yön jälkeen toivat meille lisää tuulettimia, joiden avulla toinen yö sujuikin jo mukavammin. Pihalla kulki hieman epämääräisen oloista porukkaa, jokin päivätoimintakeskus tms. Samalla pihalla. Eivät aiheuttaneet häiriötä, ainakaan tällä kertaa... Kahvia yms löytyi myös, kiva pikku varustelubonus 😊 Kuumuus pois niin mahtava paikka. Menisin kyllä uudelleen. Hinta/laatusuhde oli kaikenkaikkiaan hyvä

Ilmastoinnin puute sekä verhojen puuttuminen ja rikkoitunut ikkuna miinusta, muuten yöpyminen sujui ongelmitta ja varustelu huoneistossa oli kohdallaan. Sijainti loistava.

Majoitus todella hyvä. Ainoa iso miinus oli ilmastoinnin puute ja lisäksi ikkunoitakaan ei saa auki. Eli, tuulettimista huolimatta superkuuma, kun ilta-aurinko porottaa suoraan ikkunoista sisään.

Rikkinäinen ikkuna asunnossa tuntui pelottavalta lasten kanssa asunnossa. Särö oli teipattu rullateipillä, mutta pahasti rikki kuitenkin. Ilmanvaihto huoneessa erittäin huono, ikkunoita ei saanu auki ”ehkä rikkinäisen ikkunan takia kahva poistettu?” Mutta kesällä, saamatta ikkunaa auki, asunnossa oli erittäin kuuma.

Kuumaa ja pölyistä, ei kesäasunnoksi kelpaava

Tämä asunto ei sovellu kesäaikaan majoittumiseen. Asunto oli todella kuuma. Ikkunoita ei saanut auki. Myöskään verhoja ei ollut, joten aurinko pääsi paistamaan koko päivän sisälle. Asunto oli ahdas ja etenkin kylpyhuone/vessa epäkäytännöllinen. Suihkutilassa ei ollut riitävää suojaa vesiroiskeille. Lisäksi asunto oli todella pölyinen. Keittiön ilmanvaihtokanavan hattu jouduttiin putsaamaan, jotta ilma vaihtuisi edes vähän.

Asunto on hyvällä sijainnilla ja oikein siisti. Asunnosta puuttuu ilmastointi eikä ikkunoita saa auki ja kesähelteillä asunto oli tuskallisen kuuma.
