"The property grounds are nice, spacious and well kept. The beach beautiful. We had a standard room, very noisy and with the view to the parking lot, tried to change rooms but the receptionist didn't do nothing about it. Tried the next day, same answer. These girls at the reception are useless, they do not helped in any way. Tried to get a late checkout, same thing. No help at all. Too bad that such a nice hotel have these type of people working there, it makes you think twice in going back."

"Hotel tem uma bela praia e também uma área externa muto boa com uns bangalôs na beira da praia perfeitos porém o atendimento é ruim e o gosto de qualquer comida do restaurante é muito ruim, o único funcionário prestativo e atento é o Paulo, os funcionários da recepção deram muitas informações erradas, não ficaria nesse hotel novamente, os quartos eram muito velhos."

"Nice hotel in Praia dos Carneiros, close to famous church, and beachfront. Breakfast is simple but good, nice staff, room is spacious but missing surface to put open luggage. Swimming pool good, the path to and from room need some paving."
