"Honestly, wasn't expecting much; I just needed to be close to KLIA for an early flight. Was very pleasantly surprised, excellent pool, very friendly staff, great atmosphere, good food and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. "

"I love the meticulous cleaning crew. They are efficient, gives attention to details (i.e. scrub everything and make sure there is not even a single hair on the floor) and are honest to God. My husband accidentally left his tablet in the room and the cleaning crew brings it to receptionist to keep for us. Luckily my other family members are still staying there and was able to keep it for us but kudos to the cleaning crew for doing an amazing job. "

On one occasion, one of the receptionists mistakenly thought I was asking for more, even though I had been staying there for several days."
