"Reception was great. Nestle at the reception was very helpful. We were able to check-in an hour before regular check-in time with no charges and was also upgraded to deluxe standard room with no extra charge. Pizzaiolo staff esp Janfer and Jannah were amazing. Bath and shower supplies provided including slippers in room. First day, we had to call in maintenance because shower drain was clogged - took a couple of calls before service came. Housekeeping was a bit slow and not properly coordinated. We always have to ask for another bottle of water as there are 3 of us and they only give us 2 bottles at a time. In-room service was good for the breakfast. We scheduled delivery for the following day and it arrived on time. All staff are courteous, nice, polite and helpful. Be also wary of some of those bellboys who would try to sell you van tours but you can check FB for cheaper rates. There were only 3 of us and we were able to get an innova for 8am to 7pm for choice of 6-7 places to visit at P3800 compared to what the resort employee offer of P7000. We also spoke with a server who was on on-the-job training at the resort but was not given any monetary or food allowance. There were a couple days we got notice that there is no cable tv available then another day with water service interruption."

"The only area that needs improvement is more wait staff for the dining areas. It can be a bit of a wait to get your service without tracking someone down. May have to do with lack of direct tipping that I am used to in the US where performance and customer satisfaction have a monetary reward. Also ala carte doesn't seem to be the norm in the main restaurant, so be sure to request it on the way in. Other than that, it's a very nice hotel and a pleasant stay."

"Location is very convenient. Security guards are very friendly and accommodating. The unit is not clean, toilet and sinks are dirty, with 5 empty shampoo/ cond containers and empty shampoo sachets wverywhere. Dirty microwave. Roaches and bugs creeping off and on, particularly in the kitchen and toilets. The paid parking was a problem, we were given one next to a garbage dump, by the second day- we couldn’t park anymore because it was taken by another client. The guard helped us find another one, which took a long time to find one. I hardly complain, but the entire stay was disappointing to say the least. The unit owner needs to pay attention to cleanliness in all aspects of accommodation. "

"The hotel is an old manor villa surrounded by a lovely garden with large, old trees and a nice swimming pool—really cosy. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful, and it’s also clear that many guests are regulars. Be aware that some of the rooms may feel a bit small, but they are clean and functional. The villa is centrally located and feels like an oasis in the middle of the city’s traffic, and there is surprisingly little noise from the street. The beautiful villa is maintained on an ongoing basis, and there may be some noise from the craftsmen. The breakfast served is typically Filipino; personally, I missed having the option of oatmeal or cornflakes. There is Wi Fi throughout the property, though the quality can vary somewhat, but there are several networks to choose from—if one is down, you can simply move a bit around the garden and find one that works. The Place is absolutely Worth recomendming. "
