They have a set and a buffet for the breakfast. The set is past which is a bit strange to have past in the morning and very few variety of the salad and fruit. I wish they can improve their breakfast since we paid extra fee for it.

風呂場の排水が悪く流れていかなくて、トイレの方まで汚水が溢れて来て、とても不快。 掃除もしていないようで、髪の毛が沢山床に落ちたまま。バスタブも湯垢が付いたまま、掃除してるとは思えない。余り居心地の良い部屋ではなかったし、ホスピタリティも悪く残念な4日間でした。

深夜に到着しましたが、フロントの人は親切でした。 朝食ではスタッフが一人しかおらず、私たちより後の人の分がどんどん提供され、30分以上待たされました。ほぼ食べる時間が無く終わりました。言葉が喋れずスマホの翻訳で何とか話しましたが、ゆっくりコーヒーのんで待つようにと。旅行に来てるのに朝早く食べて観光に行きたい人だっているんですけど。 あとエアコンの設定は出来ません

This hotel is nowhere near four-star quality. The carpets and furniture are old and worn, and even basic amenities (lotion, toothbrush) aren’t provided. I booked the Presidential Suite and the AC never worked despite repeated claims it was “fixed.” Staff were dismissive, unhelpful, and only offered a fan or a downgrade with no price adjustment. This hotel is nowhere near four-star quality. The entire experience felt more like a budget motel than a luxury stay.

Hotelnis located at a quiet neighbourhood. Family mart and 7 eleven are both located closely to the hotel. Multiple dining options within walking distance to the hotel. Green line trains are very convenient if you want to go to Ximending. Electronics mall, wufenpu, is an easy 15 minute walk from the hotel. Limited breakfast options. A bit tricky if you have a lot of luggage as it is 6-8minutes walk to the train station.
