We got a Family room, and it is spacious. It has everything we need and the beds are comfortable. The water pressure is great, the room is clean. and the view of the city is nice as well. Very convenient location.

A most enjoyable stay. Exceptionally comfortable and clean rooms. Worth upgrading to a club room, the lounge staff are particularly friendly and helpful and the food and drinks offered exceed the cost of the upgrade. Food quality excellent, wine only so-so, but great G&T and high quality spirits fot cocktails. Very highly recommended.

This is a really great hotel. The bar downstairs was very friendly and our room was incredible . We also ate at the 38th restaurant and the food was really good too. I would highly recommend as the location is also super convenient right near the train station.

Great location right next to the train station. Most of the buses for attractions were also close by. Shangri-La rooms and service never disappoints. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The sento, sauna and steam room were a wonderful treat after a day of sightseeing.

Everyone is friendly and helpful! I know it is the right choice that I decide to book this hotel from the minute we stepped out of the car. The checking in is very smooth, Mr. 黃 is very professional and patient, he explained every detail about my booking.
