Room was good. Clean. Definitely a bonus was having a weighing machine in the room to keep track of the weight gained thru eating the great foods around Taiwan. Though a flaw noted is the fitness / gym room isn’t a proper fitness / gym room but rather is at the level 1 recreational area. And it seems that the treadmill is either not in a very good condition or the support isn’t installed properly as the machine’s vibration was rather huge.

I loved that the staff was very friendly and informative. The hotel rooms were very clean and well taken care of. This was our third time staying at this hotel in Tainan; and honestly we will not stay anywhere else. This hotel is amazing! We do want to try the other branch one day!

When my husband and I checked in the hotel, the front desk could not locate my name in their system for our hotel booking. Then, I showed the booking confirmation email with Expedia. They still couldn’t find my booking and requested me to show another confirmation. I said the Expedia confirmation was good enough for all other hotels in Taiwan that I stayed and this was the only proof I had. They then asked me to show proof of payment which I did. The receipt was still not satisfied as it didn’t show the payment with the hotel when I booked through Expedia. Finally they found my booking on a piece of paper instead of their system. They processed the check in. None of the staff said any apology to us at all. I found this was rude when we had to go through the frustration that the hotel misplaced our reservation.

1樓餐廳除了早餐時段之外，都可以隨時進去享受迎賓小餐點。另外早餐時間是從每天早上六點到下午兩點，餐廳雖然小巧，但該有的配菜都有，是一個可以讓我直接省略中餐的早餐。早餐的現煮牛肉湯，請務必一定要吃。 1樓的休閒空間，非常的讓人感到放鬆及舒服。2樓的懶人空間除了可以讓我們好好的休息之外，也可以把它當成是一個有氧教室。 比較可惜的是入住時間是從每天下午四點到隔天上午11點退房。房間舒適廁所乾濕分離，真的是一個非常不錯的選擇。推薦給大家。
