"Quite clean and looks new. Air Conditioner can adjust the temp. to colder than other places :)) The staff are helpful. About the location, a bit busy but you can find everything in this building area ; Starbucks, 7-eleven, Supermarket (Aeon), Souvenir shops, Cosmetic shops and many restaurants. Can directly to/from the airport by Bus :))"

I felt very welcomed and well taken care of throughout the entire trip 💖 The location and facilities were also...

"The employees always helpful with a smile...I've stayed on and off between hyatt rosewood conrad and grand harbour for the last 10 years. Still for the convenience and value and high floor view still the best.."

"The hotel lobby is on the 19th floor, with the rooms located even higher. The only minor quirk is the access: you must first walk through a mall on the 3rd floor and then take a separate elevator to the 19th. Other than that, everything was excellent. The location is incredibly convenient—directly across from Wanchai MTR station and a short walk from a market. Our room was new, spacious, and had a great city view. We especially liked the free ice machine and the amazing shower, which had...
