We would like to confirm that The Serviced Residences at Kasa Luntian is indeed is a residential type of property. We operate with services similar to regular hotels but facilities and amenities are limited compared to what they usually offer. We apologize for any service faults you’ve experienced, I am closely looking into how the issues you’ve raised were handled and I’ll have them addressed accordingly. Moreover, please do know that it is not our intention to deceive any of our valued guests. We have designed and configured the beds by firmly clamping the smaller bed frames together to form queen and king bed frames. We use a special material in between the actual beds along with appropriate queen or king sheets when combining them which should not affect guest’s comfort. The queen bed formed measures around 64 x 75 inches. We are sorry to hear it did not work for you during your recent stay. Thank you and we hope this will not deter you from visiting us back again.
