My girlfriend and I came to the hotel, and it looked amazing. The staff and service was on point, and when we arrived at the hotel, the room was highly expected from us with the booking price. The breakfast buffet was ordinary, but when we ordered the dining foods, the quesadillas was not the best since it looked oily, but the beef nachos was delicious. Overall, highly recommended if you want to save up to see the Taal Volcano :)

Hotel with fantastic location

Their services, rooms and location are satisfactory. Given that it is my husband’s birthday, I appreciate the cakes and greetings from the hotel particularly the card with signatory of the general manager. Unfortunately, when we booked our accommodation, it was indicated that I requested birthday balloons and cake (we’ll just pay the additional) but only the cake was present! I hope that next time, they work better.

Good location. Bathroom fixtures already tarnished despite being a new hotel. Got one room at 230 pm. By four pm second room was not yet available.We got the second room at six pm, though they state check in is 3 pm.

It book this hotel beacause i thought i would feel like a guest but i was treated as a criminal . They insisted that i took one small towel from them force me to pay 800 pesos . And then for breakfast menu . I was a disappointing experience so beware !

Clean hotel!

Breakfast every morning was GREAT! Our room was cleaned up daily and bathroom stocked. The whole hotel was amazing clean and everyone was friend. The service was great but our hotel safe did not work. We asked someone to change the battery but that did not fix the problem. I let the hotel front desk know the next day that the safe did not work and they stated they would let maintenance know. When we got back for the day the safe still didn’t work.

Otherwise pleasant

I chose a quick getaway with my teenage daughter to ameliorate my allergies. My stay was pleasant except for the in room massage I requested. For one, the hotel staff informed me of the wrong price. For another, one of the massage therapists had a terrible cough which went on and on while massaging my daughter. The other thing was that the room was somewhat dusty and my allergies acted up on entering the room. It was either the carpet or the drapes weren’t vacuumed or the room hasn’t been properly aired.

Awful. Despite a newish hotel, the sit conditioning is ridiculously loud, even on the lowest setting. Doesn’t anyone test this? Also, the wifi is essentially non-existent. Then there’s the fact that you can’t get a cup of tea for breakfast. Goh, and try to check in or out in less than 20 minutes. This place looks good but really needs management to lift their gene significantly.

Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price We recently stayed at Hotel Casiana & Events Center Managed by HII in Tagaytay for 3 days and we’re very disappointed with our experience. First, the cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. There was visible dust on some areas of the room, and the chairs were dirty and clearly not well-maintained. Even the towels provided smelled bad, not fresh at all, which added to the discomfort and lack of attention to hygiene. What made things worse was the breakfast. On the first breakfast, we tried the pandesal, and it had a strange, off-putting taste, honestly, it tasted like cockroach. We tried to brush it off, but the next day confirmed our worst fears: we found a live cockroach inside the container of square bread served at the breakfast buffet. It was absolutely disgusting and completely unacceptable for any establishment. This is by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I hope the management seriously addresses their hygiene and food safety standards. Until then, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, safe, and enjoyable stay in Tagaytay.

Good for family

The 3-bedroom suite was spacious enough for a family of 4. The rooms were clean enough but saw 1 small cockroach in the master bedroom bathroom. Other than that, our 1-night stay was pleasant and I would consider coming back
