Within minutes, they were at our door to address the problem. We were very impressed by how quick it was addressed and the politeness of the gentleman who showed up. "

"Our original booked room had a water heater issue so they accommodated us and moved us to a different room. Under the kitchen sink had previous tenants recycling bags. The disposal did not work. The bifold closet doors in both rooms were off track and not working. The vacuum was clogged full and smelled bad. The shower faucet in the master bath is coming out of the wall. The refrigerator leaks water onto the top shelf (a bowl has been placed inside to catch it) and also in the freezer. Maybe it was the quickness of moving our accommodations, but the unit just needs some TLC. "
