We had a wonderful stay! At first we encountered a few hiccups that the staff immediately took care of to make our stay amazing! The spa is INCREDIBLE. It's a little bit of a walk into Ortigia but we loved getting our steps in each day. We highly recommend this place!

Absolutely stunning suite in Syracusa! The hotel exudes luxury without boasting, and the views are incredible. Easy and safe street parking and easy to walk to Ortigia.

We were disappointed. It was too far from Ortigia. It was a pretty dead area with little to no food or cafes nearby. Also our car was smashed the first night on the street. And they weren’t helpful at all. They refused to show us the security tape. They also made it seem like it was a pain we were asking for the paid vallet service, since the car service is run by a separate company. The room was cool though! Great view and hot tub and beautiful suite.

Spectacular Hotel with Unbelievable Views

My family travels a lot and this was one of our favorite hotels. The views from the spacious and modern rooms and unbelievable. We rented the hotel spa pool room for our family and it was very reasonable and definitely worth doing. It was an easy walk to Ortigia and we also walked to the Archeological Park. Breakfast was delicious and staff was very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Siracusa.

Newly renovated and opened, the hotel is in impeccable condition with all modern amenities. Although we did not partake of spa offerings, the installation appeared very inviting! The location right on the water was beautiful.

We stayed for our wedding anniversary and everything was perfect. We were blown away but the views from the bedroom. The team was all so friendly and helpful. It is very safe and you have parking on the side street. If you want a relaxed and quiet break this is the place for you! A final point, we travel a lot internationally and we both agreed that it was the best hotel we stayed at!

Unbalanced service/price relation

Pretty view but lack of service/good sense. We stayed 4 nights and as a summary we felt more pressure than relax. We have been called each morning by the reception around 10-11am to know when we would leave for our activities, even pressurising us to leave quickly otherwise they wouldnt clean the room. The staff removed the food while we were eating during breakfast on the first morning. Also, you have to pay for the water in the room - and discover it by surprise during checkout. Also important to know : 1) we booked a junior suite, which is in fact more like a room with more space than usual but not really a suite (also, it was out of the hostel), 2) it’s 25min by walk from the center/restaurants/shops.

Struttura ottima, con grandi potenzialità e piccoli peccati di gioventù. Camere e Bagno di buone dimensioni. Peccato l'assenza di lettini sul balcone, e forse poca armadiatura (lo spazio in camera è più che sufficiente per altri armadi). Nel bagno qualche armadietto e uno sgabello non ci starebbero male. L'unica vera pecca, però, è il posteggio. Esiste solo il posteggio pubblico lungo la strada, questo non garantisce la certezza di trovare un posto auto vicino. Veramente ottimo e gentile il personale, buona e completa la colazione (almeno quella dolce, perché noi non facciamo colazione salata quindi non esprimo giudizio). Il giudizio complessivo è certamente molto positivo. Consigliato.

Una mala experiencia en este hotel !! Si bien las instalaciones son nuevas y muy buenas, hay q saber que para el uso de la pileta interna hay q pagar como mínimo 90 euros ya q solo se puede usar con reserva previa. Estuvimos 2 dias y nuestra habitación no tuvo limpieza ni cambio de toallas, falta de control y atención del personal, por último si bien se publicita como hotel cercano a Ortizia hay que caminar por una zona bastante fea por mas de 20 minutos para llegar alli, tampoco el hotel ni la zona tiene playas cercanas ni áreas comerciales

Surprised that other people have not mentioned the noise levels. We had a room located not in the main hotel, but instead next to it with entry at street level. There are 2 such rooms like this. The external door and windows were very poor at keeping out street noises. However, it was extremely clean with amazing sea views, which made for a very pleasant breakfast experience each morning. It's important to keep in mind its about a 15-20 minute walk down to the main part of Ortiga with no real amenities in close proximity to the hotel.
