"Comparing to other accommodation in the area, I can not recommend this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful but I found the room extremely basic, very cold. No telephone in the room. The bathroom door and bedside table drawers were visibly crooked. The a/c unit dirty. The room had a lot of noise from both the road traffic, people arriving to the hotel and groups gathering to talk loudly. I wish I paid more to stay elsewhere"

"The property was advertised falsely. The reason we booked here was because it was advertised to have an on-site restaurant and an on-site bar. This was not the case. There is no longer a restaurant or a bar on-site. Do better owners, tell the truth and don't mislead customers to book here when you don't have the facilities you say you have. Nowhere on their website does it say there is a gambling room operating out of there that there are unsavory people hanging around outside our door begging...

"A super place to stay, nice close to the airport. Tastefully decorated units with all the mod cons you need. The little food package was a really lovely touch :) The only issue we encountered (this is not the hotels fault) was being woken at 2am with a loud banging of car doors right outside our unit, then a number of people going into the neighbouring unit continuing to talk very loudly for the next hour or so, We unfortuantely could not get back to sleep afterwards and we had an early...

"Price point is right for this property. Car parks a little tight but this is useful for the location and closeness to CBD. Queen Street is within 40 minute walk but an Uber is only $10 each way and Sky City $14, very cheap. Room was spacious and tidy with the shower clean and meeting expectations given the price. Bed comfortable and heating worked well and was quick to heat the room. The hotel reception is not staffed after 8pm but entry via card is used instead. Area is quiet too with a short...

"Lovely apartment setup with kitchen and laundry facilities. Very quiet location, close to good food options and proximity to The Powerstation. Best to book carpark for $20 secure and easy access. I would recommend staying here."
