Hi CherylWe very much appreciate your comments regarding your stay at the Engadine Motor Inn.We are a traditional style motel located in the Sutherland Shire which is a suburban in Sydney and neighboring to the Royal National Park and many beaches in the south coast. It takes maximum 45 minutes from Engadine Station to Sydney central station. and the train runs every 20 minutes. Local town center offers many dining options and most restaurants and coffee shops offer deliver service direct to guest rooms.We really wish that we could have help you better to get around the local area which is loved by many local and international visitors. We are really sorry that we did not see you at checking out. From time to time, we leave the reception post to assist customers, such as delivering additional items, opening doors. As part of our cleaning routine, all rooms are required to be refreshed before guests’ arrival. Unfortunately, the room did not meet your expectation. We will review our procedure with the cleaning team. We provide microwave, toaster and kettles in all rooms. Utensils are also available on request. Our stuff member would be more than happy to deliver the utensils to your room. Again, thank you for your staying.
