Nightly disturbances
Good location next to the Sydney Central station. Friendly staff and our family room was an ok size for 3 people. However we stayed 7 nights and the police was there at least 3 times during our stay because of disturbances that went on late in the night. When we called reception they immediately took action but there was still yelling on and off through the night.

the hotel is very poorly frequented. I do not recommend going there with children. Domestic violence drugs and alcohol ... every time we went out people asked us for money or a cigarette

센트럴역이랑 너무 가까워서 모든 이동수단을 이용할 수 있었습니다. 방도 넓고 깨끗했고 한국인 직원분이 계셔서 응대도 잘 해주셨어요. 다음에 시드니 간다면 떠 이곳에서 머물 예정입니다.

The staff were nice, and the room was fine, with a separate bathroom. Unfortunately there were some unsavory characters staying in and around the hotel, which made my stay rather unpleasant, including being verbally abused for making noise at one stage. The place seems to be used for government housing, and as a young woman traveling by myself, I did not feel overly safe in this accommodation.

The room had a basic ensuite bathroom, kitchenette, small writing desk, air condition and wardrobe with hangers which served my requirements perfectly for a 4 day stay. The common area carpets were stained and room furniture was beaten up a bit but everything was generally clean, on first floor with no lift which was OK for me - reception offered to carry up my small suitcase to my room I declined. A cheap priced room that served my purpose very well, close walk to trains buses and tram.

Neat and tidy. Reasonably priced. Basic. I've stayed twice, and would stay again. Once on level 1 and used a share bathroom upstairs. The second time I stayed upstairs and had an ensuite. Cost is very reasonable and despite reading negative comments online, it was fine. The location is near restaurants, and grocery and tobacco and alcohol shops and is opposite the light rail and Central Station.

Whilst well located for trains and light railway, this is not a hotel, it's a hostel. The shared bathroom facilities only have curtains not lockable shower doors. The room I was in was extremely basic with a dented rusty fridge and torn curtain. Don't expect your bed to be made if you ask for clean sheets - it's not a hotel so you have to do it yourself. Apart from easy access to transport, the bin and towel is changed daily.

The only GOOD thing about this property is the location because it is fabulous. Room is too small. not sink toilet, towels, shampoo, electric outlets are limited and wrong locations, ONE single light/lamp to entire room, just a horrible Hotel.

I booked the room and they did not let me in saying it is not booked. The staff was not nice toward me and I have mental disability. Not nice behaviour. My mum paid for me and they did not let me in.

You get what you pay for, if you want five star stay at a Hilton, if you want central and cheap stay here. There are no issues with the property, it is cheap, very cheap and it is clean. Safe, clean cheap that is what it is and what you get.

It needs a Power Point close to the Table, as one can not Operate a Computer from the Table ore recharge Phone or Laptop from here., unless You have a long Extension Cord. which would be dangerous on the Floor

We had a very basic family room with bathroom. The price was cheap and it was clean. Hotel itself is in poor condition but suited our needs as we were only there to sleep for 1 night. Would not recommend it for a longer stay.

Only 53 dollars for private single room w shared facilities was a bargain. Room more spacious than expected and also sink in room so could brush teeth and things in room. I did however find a dead bug looked like a cricket inside my bedding other than that was all good .

Central location, great for catching public transport. The hotel is old and rough around the edges but the staff are lovely and they keep the place really clean. It’s decent value for $ if u need a cheap place to crash for a short while.

Staff very nice and i was late because of on road accidents and such. But the motel road was discusting. It stunk so badly i have to go out and buy GLEN 20 DISINFECTANT. You couldnt use the fridge to put your food it as it stunk and was mouldy the laundry was clised and i needed to use the iron for my work cl o thes some one was noisy and going up and down the hallway. No lift to bring heavy items up stairs so i had to leave my scooter downstairs hopefully it didnt get taken. The smell in the room was so bad i was nearly sick from it. Lights from street were so bright i had to partly leave the curtains opened part way only 1 .i the staff was really good and sorry f o r being VERY late.But i will never go back there ag asin and i wont recomend it to any one it needs urgent repairs every where. because of the smell window opeed

Close to central station, the people making drug deals, getting arrested out front, and threatening to stab someone in the eyeball with a fork I could've done without. The floor in the room really needed a wash.
