Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und Wellnessbereich war sehr gut! Sauna haben wir bestellt. 80° einfach super! Swimmingpool nicht so groß,aber das Wasser war warm. Jacuzzi - klasse. Personal war nett und freundlich. Danke wir kommen wieder!

Es war das meiste hervorragend bis auf den Kofferservice.Wir als ältere Leuten haben das schlecht empfunden, dass keine uns beim Koffertragen half und zum Zimmer begleitete. Der hintere Glasaufzug war wunderbar und sehr hilfreich. Der eine Zugng zum Speisesaal dürfte nie geöffnet sein, da es nach dem Zutritt links 3 Stufen abwärts geht, wobei der Fußboden und die Treppenstufen die Gleiche Farbe haben und kein Handlauf vorhanden ist.

Boendet är jättebra! Vi är en stor familj och har fått det bästa rummet . Frukosten är fantastisk, Det är mysigt . Poolen är också toppen . Tyvärr finns det en man som jobbar på avdelningen som han är otrevlig. Han kan inte hantera situationer på ett bra sätt eller ge någon form av kompensation.

Älteres Hotel aber sehr schön. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es war sauber und die Essensauswahl zum Frühstück war sehr reichlich. Das Schwimmbad war sauber, Wasser war schön warm und ausreichend groß. Parkplätze sind begrenzt vorhanden, aber wir hatten Glück 🙃 Einziges Manko war die Schlafcouch. Das Möbel sollte langsam ausgetauscht werden. Zu Fuß ist vom Hotel aus alles erreichbar. Dankeschön für den tollen Aufenthalt.

OK hotell, men kommer inte tillbaka!

Sammanfattning: Ett ok hotell, tråkig icke service minded personal, frukosten undermålig, parkering mardröm och DYR(!!), poolen bra och läget utmärkt för både strandpromenad och centrum! Personalen som arbetade under frukosten verkade både tycka illa om sitt jobb och oss besökare/ boende. Det var endast en tjej (mörkt hår, page) som log och var trevlig, resten var otroligt tråkiga, hälsade inte, log inte, frågade man om något så var det tydligen jobbigt!! En person i receptionen dagen vi kom var trevlig och hjälpsam, resten var tråkiga och en rent utav otrevlig vid fråga om kaffe på rummet (fanns bara te), fick till svar NO! NO!. Ett litet leende och ett par ord till förklaring hade inte varit fel. Personalen skulle behöva gå en servicekurs! Frukosten...första morgonen var där bl a frisbeen...visade sig vara "pannkakor" (Hjälp!) Maten var definitivt inriktade till polska turister och inte internationella turister, det var inget som var speciellt gott, frukten var god, frallorna var goda, resten var mycket tveksamt. Där fanns råa köttbullar en dag, någon vit gegga som jag inte riktigt vet vad det smakade som. Nä, frukosten skulle vi inte rekommendera. Var inte ett "lugnt" rum heller, spelades disco musik! Poolen var trevlig, härligt uppvärmd, fanns dock t ex plåster fastklistrad på delar av kanterna och de plockades inte bort..ugh! Vår 4åring blev tillsagd att han inte fick "hukhoppa" från kanten (han vågade inte stå upp och hoppa). Polska barn hoppade i, blev inte utskällda.

Wir fanden es ziemlich gut, es ist zwar in die Jahre gekommen und nicht mehr zeitgemäß für die heutige Zeit aber trotzdem waren wir zufrieden. Wir waren so wieso mehr unterwegs als im Hotel. Zum Frühstück da fande ich die Auswahl sehr üppig da hätte ich mir eher mehr abwechslung gewünscht in der Woche, ich wusste schon ab den 5 Tag nicht mehr was ich essen möchte zum Frühstück oder ob ich wo anders essen gehe. Kuchen fand ich gut zum Frühstück nur sollten sie bei den Schokokuchen auch beim Schokokuchen bleiben der hatte leider ein komischen Geschmack keine Ahnung was da drin war aber das sollten sie weg lassen. Bei meinem letzten Tag den 8. Tag gab es Eierkuchen da hätte ich mir gewünscht das sie beim Frühstück jeden Tag Waffeln angeboten hätten vorallem hätten sich glaube alle gefreut egal ob groß oder klein das kommt auch eigentlich immer gut an vorallem in dem Hotels wo wir schon waren aber vielleicht kommen wir irgendwann wieder vorbei und es hat sich was verändert im Hotel Der Poolbereich, jaa ist schon angenehm aber man fühlt sich leider sehr beobachtet von den Leuten die an der Rezeption sitzen oder Gäste die gerade dort stehen ob das so Ideal ist weiß ich nicht, da kommt es ein vor als würde man eine Fensterpuppe sein und so fühlt man sich auch wenn man in dem Pool ist Ganz anders ist es im Whirlpool der ist zum Glück in ein anderen Raum und man wird nicht ständig beobachtet, da wünschte ich mir ein bisschen Privatsphäre für den großen Pool sonst war alles gut

Es war ein angenehmer Kurzaufenthalt. Für 2 Nächte ok, sonst etwas kleines Zimmer. Leider die Betten auch extrem weich. Aber das ist ja Geschmackssache. Das Frühstücksbüffet gut und ausreichend, für uns die Brötchen etwas zäh. Wirkten nicht wirklich richtig frisch. Das Abendessen im Hotelrestaurant Ambassador auch gut. Leider waren wir am Sonntag die einzigen Gäste, gestern etwas mehr, was angenehm war. Die Sauna-naja?! Eher wie eine Duschkabine mit einer Glasfront zum Jacuzzi. Höchstens für 1 Person. Dafür ein sehr schönes Schwimmbad, was von 8-21.30 Uhr geöffnet hat.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sollte auf dem Prüstand

Die Feier am 31.12. war für uns enttäuschend. Pro Person haben wir dafür 80,-€ extra bezahlt. Der zugewiesene Platz war im Wintergarten, abseits des Geschehens, daraufhin haben 6 Personen umgehend die Veranstaltung verlassen, ich beschwerte mich bei der Chefin, ohne Erfolg.Das Essen und Getränke für solch eine Veranstaltung und zu diesem Preis war katastrophal. Schade das wir solch enttäuschenden Eindruck mit nach Hause nehmen mussten.

Vår bokning var missad trots bekräftelse. Men de löste det fint på en timme. Ena rummet hade dock blöt heltäckningsmatta o dagen efter var det ingen trevlig doft där inne. Vi bad om ett nytt rum o det fick vi. Så de löste det mycket fint för oss! Poolen var väldigt trevligt!
