    Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

    Dreiste Abzocke vom Hotel!

    Dieses Hotel hatte zum Zeitpunkt des Check-in einen Wasserschaden und kein Strom. Musste mir also ein anderes Hotel suchen. Bei der Stornierung bzw. Rückforderung musste ich feststellen, dass das Hotel eine Übernachtung (von geplanten 4 Nächten) einbehalten hat. Auch eine Reklamation über den Support von Hotels.com war leider nicht erfolgreich und es wurde zu diesem Vorfall nicht direkt oder nur ausweichend Stellung bezogen. Auch meine Mails, weshalb nur ein Teil erstattet wurde blieb unbeantwortet. Der Fall scheint für den Support damit erledigt zu sein. Da fehlen einem die Worte. Das war das erste Mal, dass ich ein Hotel über Hotels.com gebucht hatte und mir fällt kein Grund ein, weshalb ich in Zukunft weiter auf Hotels.com vertrauen sollte. Hotels.com sollte besser darauf achten, welche Hotels aufgenommen werden, seriös sind und welche eher weniger, das erspart den Gästen viel Ärger und Stress. Danke!!!
