"The hotel is tidy and clean but the confusing part is that the brochure in the hotel says that the check out time is 12 noon while the reception rang us saying that the check out time is 10am. This causes inconvenience to guests"

"Overall the hotel is a good one. Rooms are nice and spacious - which is the best part of this hotel especially if you are in for an extended stay. The room felt spacious even after we brought in our big bags as there is ample storage space for bags. Cleanliness and customer service is average. Some rooms don't have a wall separating the rooms in the entry area. The gap is filled with a large closet. As a result there is not enough sound barrier and normal conversations can tend to disturb...
