I am sorry that you had to wait a long to get checked in and get snacks. We do have a phone at the front desk to pick up that connects to the front desk mobile phone. The team always has it on them when they are away from the desk. Unfortunately, our internet did go down during check out time. Once it got up and running, we were more than happy to send you a receipt through email. We would love to make this situation better for you. We would love to see you again in the future as we have made changes to help prevent unnecessary things during sold out weekends.

Hello, I am very sorry for the uncleanliness of the room. We do take our cleaning very seriously here and we are very sorry that you found your room under poor conditions. I will have a talk with our housekeeping staff and let them know that they need to be triple checking their rooms. I am also sorry that the front desk team was not at the front desk when you arrived. I will make sure that they always have the phone on them when they walk away from the desk. I do apologize that you stay was not enjoyable. However, we are sorry that we ran out of food. Our breakfast person was working hard and trying to make sure everyone had something to eat.
