"I booked a room thru Hotels .com. My wife has had knee surgery and uses a cane. I asked the front desk when we booked if they had an elevator. they said they had an elevator since this hotel doesn't have any rooms on the first floor. When we arrived on Saturday the elvator had been broken for 5days ..."
