"I had a big problem getting the key to the room. There was no note or message to explain how to get the key. I tried to call several times but there was no answer. It was a most challenging experience."

"The spa, gym, and lake views are excellent. The hotel has a very 90's feel and no room service (this was a bummer as we had a lake view room and wanted to stay in and relax). The beirgarten by the water has excellent food, although it closes at 930pm (as does the only restaurant on site (a buffet). The place was comfortable for 1 dayx the lake location and sauna were exactly what we wanted"

"Ich musste feststellen, dass meine Buchung um 150 € zu teuer war. Wenn ich beim Hotel direkt gebucht hätte, wäre die Halbpension im gleichen Preis beinhaltet gewesen. Bei Expedia werde ich nie mehr buchen, bitte streichen Sie mich aus Ihrer Kundenliste. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Walter Kellerer"
