"This is a super well located hotel across from a gorgeous park. The staff is very courteous and extremely helpful. The rooms are fairly basic. The bed was comfortable but a tad soft. We had an issue with the television, but it was fixed promptly. We loved the fact that there was a sauna and a workout room on the lower level. That was extremely convenient. Die Hotelparkplätze sind zwar begrenzt, in den umliegenden Straßen gibt es aber ausreichend kostenpflichtige Parkmöglichkeiten. Die Innenstadt ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut erreichbar und auch zu Fuß bei einem längeren Spaziergang gut zu erreichen. Insgesamt eine gute Empfehlung für einen Städtetrip."

"A problem. We thought a "superior" room would be fairly sized. It was quite small. We asked to pay for an upgrade to al larger "deluxe" room. The reception staff said they would accommodate us. Just pack our bags and bring them down for a relocation. We had to store them for awhile. When we came back, the staff said there would be no "deluxe" room available, and we were forced to ho back to the small room for the rest of the stay. A bit of a pain on the neck."
