We had a lake FRONT room and it was pretty awesome. Coffee on the balcony and watching ferries come and go as Arnold's pier was right next to us. Staff was very friendly and helpful, rooms were pretty clean for an older building.

The jacuzzi room we were in the first night smelled of mildew so badly that we had to change rooms. Unfortunately, they didnt have any other jacuzzi rooms. They were very friendly and accommodating with our request. Overall the building hasnt been updated in years. It was clean and good for sleeping while spending the day outdoors.

Fantastic experience

This hotel is right beside the dock for Arnold Ferry's. The room was very nice and clean. Noise was a little issue but little kids get excited on vacation (ours is grown). The parking was good, staff is friendly and helpful. This is our new Mackinaw City favorite place to stay.

The room I was in (2nd floor #202) was clean, quiet, bed and pillows were comfortable. Plenty of towels and toiletries. I requested additional coffee pods and received it. I would recommend this room, it over-look Lk MI and the fairy coming in.

Location is fabulous. Stayed on 2nd floor..and kept patio door open all night to hear the water. Very peaceful. Also had a deck we could sit on and watch the sunrise. Beautiful. Hotel itself was ok but it mught be time to remodel a bit.

This hotel was clean in the room. No signs of anything gross in the beds. The staff was super friendly. the decor in the hotel was cute! cons: pool was cloudy, hot tub water was cold and only had one working jet for us. definitely more humid, the rooms did not have a fan for the bathroom. being right by the water the hotel was just a bit humid.
