Our linens are microfiber made from 100% polyester, this fabric typically helps with better sleep and is very durable. We are glad to hear that the mattresses were comfy. It could potentially be the thermal expansion of the baseboard heaters when the heat comes on - we will be investigating this immediately. Hi Sandra, You booked a recently renovated motel room through hotels.com. The pictures and descriptions clearly show the accommodation types and prices for the main inn and motel rooms. You then attempted to get a full refund for your stay because you did not book a room in the main inn. We would have been happy to help with your accommodation type if you let us know you were unhappy with your room. This is not a fair review as we provided a clean and newly renovated room in our motel which is exactly what you booked.

It is a challange operating in a small town when the population triples during foliage season, but we are learning and adapting and will do our best to make every stay a great experience for our guests! We do pride ourselves with our great tasting Vermont Artisan Coffee & Tea that we offer in the Main Inn. We hope the rest of your trip was very pleasant and that you all made some great memories!
